About Belgrade Fitness
Our story
What is Belgrade Fitness?
Belgrade Fitness is a non-traditional fitness facility and community
fueled by ordinary people who have the desire to created a lasting
relationship with health and fitness.
We started out as a CrossFit gym but have grown into so much more! We
are still an official CrossFit Affiliate as well as a Certified USA
Weightlifting Club. We work with all age ranges and ability levels and
we have several programs available to accommodate all walks of life! We
have expert level coaches who are ready to help you meet your health and
fitness goals. While our group fitness model is still primarily
Functional Fitness based, we understand not one size fits all. Which is why we
have expanded our program by introducing, weightlifting programs, open
gym style training, range of motion specialty classes, personal
training, and much more.
Making the decision to join a gym is a great first step towards
improving your health and quality of life. At Belgrade Fitness, we are
here to help make your gym experience fun and effective. For over 10
years, our head coach and co-owner has been dedicated to giving people a
great fitness experience while helping athletes of all fitness levels
reach their goals
"Is this right for me?"
Absolutely! We work hard to make sure all ability levels are able to get in the door and workout. In our group classes, every workout can be scaled or modified to fit the personal needs of our members. Our coaches are highly skilled when it comes to helping athletes get the workout they are looking for. Scaling workouts does not only mean scaling down. If you are an athlete looking for a little more and the workouts seem to be “easy”, we are more than happy to give you a little extra. Whether it be added strength, more volume, or higher intensity. Maybe group classes aren’t your thing and you just want a place to come train. Got it- we have an open gym only membership option!
