Group Classes

Group Classes

Our group Fitness classes are 1 hour long and include and warm up, workout, and finisher! They are coach lead to keep you motivated and safe! We encourage all of our members to show up for classes and join the community fun! 

Do I need to be in shape?

You do not need to be “in shape” to join us! Our coaches are ready to meet you where you are! We want to help you create a sustainable fitness routine that you want to continue day after day!
